消息翻译

Telegram 允许翻译聊天消息：Telegram Premium用户甚至可以启用实时聊天翻译。

messages.translateText可用于翻译聊天消息列表（通过填充peerandid标志），或通用消息列表（通过填充text标志，例如在翻译即时查看文章时）。

该方法将返回一个textWithEntities构造函数的向量，其中包含翻译后的文本，并且（仅对Telegram Premium用户）还包含相应的样式文本实体（即，翻译后的消息中正确重新定位的粗体、斜体、链接实体，与原始消息中的相同实体相对应）。

Telegram Premium用户还可以启用实时聊天翻译。
如果当前登录的帐户是 Premium 帐户，并且userFull、chatFull和channelFulltranslations_disabled标志未设置，则客户端应针对从私聊（非秘密聊天）、聊天和频道接收的所有消息运行本地语言识别模型，并且如果：

如果用户关闭自动翻译弹出窗口，则调用messages.togglePeerTranslations并disabled设置标志：这将translations_disabled在相应的完整信息构造函数中设置标志，向其他会话发出信号，表明不应显示自动翻译弹出窗口。

如果用户启用自动翻译，则将该首选项存储在本地，并对收到的每条消息调用messages.translateText，最好通过在 中指定多个消息 ID 来批量处理请求id。

达到channel_autotranslation_level_min 客户端配置参数中指定的提升级别后，频道可以通过调用channels.toggleAutotranslation为所有用户（包括没有高级订阅的用户）启用所有消息的自动翻译：这将向管理日志发出channelAdminLogEventActionToggleAutotranslation。
