第三方验证

为了进一步提高 Telegram 的透明度，官方第三方服务可以为用户帐户和聊天添加额外的验证图标，以防止诈骗和减少虚假信息。

能够验证对等节点的机器人将设置botInfoverifier_settings标志（botInfo包含在机器人的userFull中），其中包含一个botVerifierSettings构造函数，其中包含用作验证图标的自定义表情符号的 ID、提供验证的组织的名称、验证的可选默认描述以及一个标志，该标志指示机器人是否允许为各个已验证的对等节点设置自定义描述字段。

设置了该标志的机器人verifier_settings可以调用bots.setCustomVerification来验证或取消验证对等节点：验证机器人的所有者也可以调用此方法，并将机器人的 ID 传递给它bot。
